Who we are
Our mission is to empower and uplift communities of color by championing candidates and advocating for issues that foster equity, justice and prosperity.
Through strategic support and grassroots engagement, we amplify the voices of underrepresented communities and make sure their concerns are addressed at every level of government. That commitment is rooted in inclusivity, collaboration and systemic change.
We envision a future where communities of color play a central role in shaping the policies and decisions that affect their lives — a political landscape that reflects the real diversity of this country, and candidates who put social justice, economic opportunity and healthcare access first.
01
We back candidates who understand what communities of color are actually up against — so those concerns are not just heard, but answered, at every level of government.
02
Short-term wins are not the point. We advocate for policy that goes at the root causes of inequality rather than its symptoms, and we stay in the fight long enough to move them.
03
We put communities in the same room that rarely get there. Where people understand each other, coalitions hold — and coalitions are what win.
